Subject to these Terms, NextGComm grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the Services solely for lawful business, educational, research, or informational purposes.
No ownership rights are transferred to you.

- Reports
- Graphics
- Logos
- Software

are owned by NextGComm LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other applicable laws.
You may not:

5. Research and Educational Content
All research, technical analysis, educational materials, and industry commentary provided by NextGComm are intended solely for informational and educational purposes.
Nothing on the Services constitutes:

- Regulatory approval
- Legal advice
- Financial advice
- Investment advice
- Tax advice
- Professional engineering sign-off
Users remain solely responsible for decisions made using information obtained from the Services.
6. Consulting Services
Separate consulting engagements may be governed by individual Statements of Work ("SOW"), Master Service Agreements ("MSA"), Consulting Agreements, or other written contracts.
In the event of conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

NextGComm may provide:

AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information.
You acknowledge that:
- AI outputs should be independently verified.
- AI outputs do not constitute professional advice.
- Final decisions remain solely your responsibility.

If you submit content to NextGComm, including:
- Comments
- Forum posts
- Research submissions
- Technical documents
- Code
- Feedback
- Suggestions
you grant NextGComm a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, publish, modify, distribute, and display such content for operating, improving, and promoting the Services.
You retain ownership of your content.
You represent that you possess all necessary rights to grant this license.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

NextGComm is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any organization unless expressly stated.
11. Third-Party Services
The Services may contain links to third-party websites, software, tools, or platforms.
NextGComm does not control and is not responsible for:
- Content
- Security
- Availability
- Privacy practices
- Accuracy
of third-party services.
Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
12. Privacy
Your use of the Services is subject to the NextGComm Privacy Policy.
By using the Services, you consent to the collection and processing of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Confidentiality

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
16. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
NEXTGCOMM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
- INDIRECT DAMAGES
- INCIDENTAL DAMAGES
- SPECIAL DAMAGES
- CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
- LOSS OF PROFITS
- LOSS OF REVENUE
- LOSS OF DATA
- BUSINESS INTERRUPTION
ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL NEXTGCOMM'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF:
(a) $100 USD; OR
(b) THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO NEXTGCOMM DURING THE PRECEDING TWELVE MONTHS.
17. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NextGComm, its officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from any claims arising from:
- Your use of the Services.
- Violation of these Terms.
- Violation of law.
- Infringement of third-party rights.
18. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time if:
- You violate these Terms.
- Your activities create legal or security risks.
- Required by law.
Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
20. Arbitration
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Wyoming, United States, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You agree that:
- Disputes will be resolved individually.
- Class actions are waived.
- Jury trials are waived.
Nothing prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief to protect intellectual property rights.
21. Changes to the Terms
NextGComm may modify these Terms at any time.
Updated versions become effective upon posting.
Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
